You must not share your Account access with any third party. pkr86 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
In the event that you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account, you must notify pkr86 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. pkr86 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment details — is strictly prohibited. pkr86 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses upon detection.
pkr86 and its operator partners may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point. This may include the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method. Accounts may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.

User-generated content, where applicable, remains the property of the respective User, but by submitting content to the Platform you grant pkr86 a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
pkr86 is an information platform only. It does not accept bets, operate games or manage gambling accounts. Any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from your participation in gambling activities with third-party operators is entirely outside the scope of pkr86's responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pkr86 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — relating to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for purpose of the Content published on the Platform. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional gambling, financial, legal or tax advice.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Users based in Pakistan are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their activities. pkr86 does not represent that its services are lawful, available or appropriate in every jurisdiction, and makes no warranties to that effect.
